Trying our best to be Distinctive we are happy to extend that to a full 28 days from the date on the dispatch note, to get your return back to us. We will accept returns if the goods are unused and are in a re-salable condition. Tamper seals must be intact and washing powder sacks unopened. If this is not the case then the item cannot be returned unless you feel it is faulty. In the first instance we would advise you telephone customer care on 0800 298 2054. Perishables such as food items and items of hygiene concern or that could have been tampered with are excluded from the 14 day consumer legislation. We have a really first class record of good delivery but if the goods arrive at your address faulty or damaged from transit please email info@distinctivewash.co.uk with a digital picture and details or ring us straight away on our free-phone number 0800 298 2054 and we will advise you of next steps. Damaged or defective items will be replaced. Please keep proof of postage and we will refund the original card used to make the purchase.
