Hi, I’m Ema , Londoner with a passion for a heathy life-style , aspirational zero-waster and home-made-cosmetic enthusiast. As my interest and involvement with a healthy life style grow, I became aware of the ingredients in cosmetic products I applied on my face and body on daily basis. My Mission: I am a big believer of the three R’s of the environment: reduce, re-use and recycle. As I strive to bring my plastic waste close to zero and after making every possible change like buying groceries without packaging, reducing cheap and easy fashion and using environmentally-safe cleaning products, I realised the next area of the house that needed a reformation was my own cosmetic box. Transforming the above thought to action, I started making a lot of different products at home for personal use which I now want to share with other’s through Naturally Legit. Humble Solution: My home-made cosmetic products strictly contain ethically sourced, all-natural ingredients. The carrier oils used as a base for cosmetics are infused at home for a minimum of 4 weeks with selectively picked flowers, buds and leaves from my family garden. By infusing the oils, I maximise the beneficial properties of the final product. All my products are stored and packed in glass, aluminium and cardboard. While cardboard packaging is fully compostable the glass jar and aluminium tins can be easily re-filled, re-purposed or recycled locally.
