Calming Herbal Salve For Busy Minds

We handcraft our calming balm in small batches to ensure a fresh, high-quality product using a high percentage of certified organic ingredients. There's absolutely nothing synthetic in our salves.

We make the herbal extracts by slowly infusing organic herbs (Chamomille, Sage and Melissa) into organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil. By doing so, we transfer the therapeutic power of these herbs alongside their colour, scent and healing properties to the oil. We then blend the oils/extracts with carefully chosen, skin-loving essential oils and sunflower wax to create a concentrated and effective herbal balm.

Our calm balm can help with the challenging behaviours and overwhelming symptoms in people diagnosed with Autism, ADHD or both. These include anger, anxiety, meltdowns, hyperactivity, sensory overload, and sleep issues. In the case of children with autism, apply the salve to the soles of the feet, the back of the neck, the chest, the forehead and temples, and the abdomen, depending on their sensitivity and level of cooperation.

How to apply our Calm Balm

Our anxiety balm is a traditional salve with no known side effects or disadvantages, but it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. This product is for external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes and patch test before use.

• Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) is a member of the mint family and is considered a calming herb. Used as far back as the Middle Ages to help reduce anxiety, manage stress and promote sleep.
• Chamomile (Chamomilla Recutita) is widely recognized as a mild tranquillizer and sleep inducer. Chamomile may help increase brain neurotransmitter activity (serotonin, dopamine, and noradrenaline) and positively affect mood and anxiety.
• Sage (Salvia Officinalis) is known for its antioxidant effects and ability to enhance brain function. It helps relieve emotional symptoms such as brain fog and anxiety and can improve memory. Sage helps modulate dopamine and serotonin, positively affecting overall mood, focus and thinking.
• Lavender Essential Oil (Lavandula Angustifolia) has been shown to affect the parasympathetic nervous system, which controls anxiety-related processes such as heart rate, breathing rhythm, and hormone secretion. Lavender can help in regulating these processes by restoring a neutral state.
